Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD and $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia and the United States.
Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Process: To request a return, email us at support@roto.design with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping: If the product is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Warranty
All products are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
